Our HandMade products are not made until you place your order. This ensures that you are receiving the best and the freshest product we can offer. Please be aware that since your products are not setting on a shelf ahead of time, but are made for your order, that there may be shipping delays during peak & holiday seasons. We are confident that you would prefer to wait the extra time to ensure you are getting a 'fresh' product! We do our best to get orders made and sent out as quickly as possible.

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns! Once the product has left us we cannot resell these products due to the possibility of product tampering.
