FAQ's Why are your soaps more expensive than soaps at the store? Our soaps are a little more expensive than store bought soaps for a variety of reasons.  The first is that we are not a 'super' store with the bulk buying power that chain stores have.  Second is that our soaps are HandMade when you place your order  with only the highest quality ingredients.  Our soaps do not sit around on a shelf waiting for you to order them - they are made fresh when you place your order.  Our soaps are high quality 'old fashioned' type soaps with no harsh detergents.  For more information regarding HomeMade soaps versus 'store' soaps: Benefits of Handmade Soaps Why are so many of your products 'soy based'? Soy based products are excellent products for numerous reasons.  Soy is a natural product, not a harsh chemical or by product to put on your body.  Soy protein adds nutrients to your skin without harmful chemicals or "by-products."   Our special protein contains more than 17 types of free amino acids, which help to build, maintain and repair the body.   Amino acids have been found to assist with cell regeneration and minimizing wrinkles. How long does shipping my order take? Shipping depends on a few factors.  Since your products are not made until we receive your order, the time to make these products will depend on; size of your order and the season in which the order is placed.  Peak & Holiday seasons are a little slower to ship due to larger amounts of orders being placed on our website.  We do our best to get your orders made and sent out to you as quickly as we can.  Normal processing and the product making times are approximately 5-7 days after we have received  your order.   Actual shipping times will vary due to location and the Post Office.   Orders placed during Peak & Holiday seasons will take longer based on the amount of orders being placed. Do you have a soap of the month club? We do not offer a soap of the month club at this time.  Customers often do not wish us to bill them on a monthly basis, they just visit the website and place their order for the products they wish to receive.  We will be adding a 'Scent of the Month' in the future.  The chosen scent will include: Soap, Lotion, Body Cream, Body/Linen Spray, Bath Salts, Sugar Scrubs, and Tart Melties.  We are still working on the details of this but we are thinking that we will provide a choice of a combination of products at a set price. How do I know I'm not getting returns from another customer! Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns!  Once the product has left us we cannot resell these products due to the possibility of product tampering.  We are certain that this will provide you with added confidence that you are not getting a second hand product when you order from us. Please make certain of your choices before placing your order!   Customer satisfaction is very important to us but we simply cannot accept returns! What are your ingredients? The ingredients for our products are listed toward the lower middle/bottom of each product page.  Unlike others, we want you to know the ingredients of our products before you order.  We do not try to hide anything from our customers because we want you to be able to make an informed decision of the quality of our products based on our quality ingredients. How can I help my soaps last longer? Your soaps will last longer if you do not let them sit in water.  Since we do not add harsh chemicals & by products like commercial soaps, HomeMade Soaps are much softer.  Make sure your soaps sit in a soap dish that allows the water to drain away from the soap.  When using in the shower, make sure that the water is not constantly running on your soaps. Do you accept credit cards?
